Apple Pancakes

Totally simple recipe that has been an old standby for ages. Simple and . Your kids will freak out over how good it is. And you actually get them to eat some fruit.
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3 c Apples (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 2 1/2 c Low-Fat Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
  1. In a big bowl, combine, sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine apples, vanilla, eggs, ans sour cream. Add apple mix to the dry ingredients and stir up until just blended.
  3. Grease a griddle and put over medium heat.
  4. Put 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for 1 cake. Cook until bubbles form and the tops look nice and dry. Turn the cake and until "golden brown".
  5. ENJOY THEM! I LOVE 'EM.
